Not 100% sure what to do since I'm not a GM, but there's a "shadow merchant" in Velika (probably in other places too) that will sell you war declarations. He's in the same area as the guy with the black panther (when facing said panther guy, turn 90 degrees to your right and run that way)

I have a pretty cool guild that seems to meet most of your requirements, though profanity could end up being a problem haha (it's something I should work on :P). It's not very big right now, but we have some skilled players who are vets of other MMOs. As for explaining things: three of us spent about 15-20 minutes answering a WoW vets questions about how to go "red" and how to go "white" for PvP, so we're pretty patient :P Here's more info:

Alright, so my brother and I have been leveling together since it's more fun that way, and what's the point of playing if it's not fun right? :D Anyways, we just dinged 46 last night and logged off, so if you're in that level range, awesome. The last story/red quest we did was (SPOILER ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) attacking the crab/sorcerer guy with Fraya in the city, so if you're close to that, even better! We normally play around 3PM-2AM EST, with times varying a bit and breaks in-between for food, bathroom breaks and life :P (this week I won't be able to play until about 5:30PM), so even if ya just want to jump in for a day or so, let us know in-game! I'll definitely be there to watch at least; my brother and I are waiting for my friend to upgrade his computer so he can play, and I'm sure we'll participate after he catches up to us. Great idea, don't give up on it on this server!
