In defense of the GMs people are speaking with.... they aren't the devs, merely the go-betweens. I know what it's like doing your best to inform people of a situation that is know and being worked on, but not able to give specifics other than it's known and being worked on. :P
And though GMs shouldn't be rude, can you really blame them from being frustrated by everyone complaining about the same thing today over and over and having to relay the same responses and, quite possibly, receiving attitude back? Customer service, in any job, sucks and they should always be polite but at the same time, I can relate to some extent. XD
