In defense of the GMs people are speaking with.... they aren't the devs, merely the go-betweens. I know what it's like doing your best to inform people of a situation that is know and being worked on, but not able to give specifics other than it's known and being worked on. :P

And though GMs shouldn't be rude, can you really blame them from being frustrated by everyone complaining about the same thing today over and over and having to relay the same responses and, quite possibly, receiving attitude back? Customer service, in any job, sucks and they should always be polite but at the same time, I can relate to some extent. XD


lol if i had to chat with bunch of angry people like u guys id go crazy so yeah idk how they can keep calm in the live chat at all xD

to the op..just make your own teams if you dont want to be kicked, some people in mmos are like that and that is never going to change no matter how much you cry about it

kicking someone just cuz of the item level is lame though, look its different case if they were completely useless and didnt contribute to the teamplay

it shouldn't be easy, plus gives you something to do after you get to 60 instead of constantly [filtered]ing you are bored

2 hrs cooldown is nothing, some of the instances in the other mmo's i've played had 24 hrs to week cooldowns..
hiding ur armor isnt possible ..yet
+1 for the mischief boxes and the lucky eggs, they made things funner :)
i find it enough of a challange trying to solo bam quests with my sorcy

also some of the lvl 55+ mobs always surprise you with good 30-40k crit hits, so mobs are not that easy on the regular quests too ^^
i've had the same problem before and i believe its fps lag..there is topic about it somewhere suggesting to play without ui, havent tested it out yet

not sure if its a problem with the new patch since cant get ingame yet :(

Two hours eight minutes for phone support. Started Live chat at the same time and was @ 54 in queue when I cancelled it.
I suggested they do a blanket fix and add the three days to ALL inactive subs so they can fix this issue without hundreds of people waiting on live chat/phone support.

It's a waste of our time, and eme's time and resources to NOT do a 3 day blanket fix, she just insisted that it would be fixed in the 3 day time frame... I take it they don't care the people are on the phone/live chat queue for hours. Worse, it's a weekday morning, I feel bad for the people that have to resolve this in the afternoon.

I asked what if the devs don't get it resolved in the 3 days they are giving us... and she said we'd have to give a call back...... I hope that's not the case. 2+ hours on hold is not something I want to do frequently -.-

I also asked about the collectors items not being available, she said it is a known issue and will be resolved soon and not to worry everyone's items will be available again soon.

I can appreciate that eme didn't intend for this to happen, however a blanket fix of a mere 3 day game time to all inactive subs does not sound unreasonable to me, especially since those that do re-sub are paying for the 3 days anyway. Only the people that don't re-sub will get "free" time in which case they are most likely not playing anyway~


it will save them alot of trouble if they actually decide to do it

im hoping they read the support tickets too..not only the live chat :)
