Libelous? I said nothing that was defamatory about Feanix. The truth is not defamation. I don't know you Chaf'ees, although you were in the TOR chapter for a time. I can't speak to the actions for why you are no longer in the Swarm. I have been in other guilds where I did not agree with decisions and eventually left but not even for one moment did I think of defaming them on forums in any way.

should you ever be removed from a community you invest in emotionally and look at as a long term investment due to either being confused with another player or due to straight up lies and your attempts to appeal said removal with screenshots are for the most part ignored you'll then realize that's not the same thing, it's not the same situation and that you have every right to post about what happened so people arent lead into a false sense security about joining said community.
I can say Cav99 that Dixa for certain is not Faenix.
Dixa owns the game, Faenix doesn't.
I remember the day Dixa got kicked.
Faenix was never in the Tera Chapter, and is bad mouthing on every forum possible that holds a Swarm Chapter.
The maturity level on there complaint posts, is just appalling .
Dixa at least states his own opinion, and his own Experience, its unfortunate but apparently had warnings in Tor Chapter, and when this came up that was his third strike. It's a shame really.
Faenix on the other hand is just being a child.

i was never warned for anyting in the tor chapter. faenix was - a lot apparantly - but at no time did an officer ever talk to me about anything while i was in swtor.
there isn't a single forum pm or in gme pm or mail about any type of warning beforet the day i was kicked from the guild. again, they either confused me with another player or straight lied
i hadn't played swtor since mass effect 3 launched which kept me busy right up until i decided to play tera as i waited for d3 and gw2. i played with them for about a month in the chapter and raided a bit but that was my 4th level 50 in that game and i was burned out already on the content which i had seen multiple times from multiple angles.
if i had been warned before i can tell you i wouldn't have felt as betrayed as i did when i was kicked. i had faith in the guild - defended it mightly to faenix as he can attest to when he was getting frustrated VERY early on after we joined. i partook of the holy trinity and was a soldier bee rather quickly.
so either you peope continue to confuse me with someone else who WAS a problem for you in the swtor chapter, or your officers lied to save face when i protested being kicked
the onus is on your officership to prove i was warned since i have no access to my forum pm's on the ss forums. find those pm's, post them here. you have my permission. give me dates when i was warned and by whom not counting the one the day i was kicked. you will find none exist.

I wanted to stay friends with you out of the Guild, but you mouthed off to my fellow guildies in private messages in game, that made me not even want to bother trying to repair the strained relationship between you and the guild.
i hope they gave you screenshots of those convos and you are not just going on word of mouth, because they have the habit of lying to make themselves look good to the 'community at large' and to 'fit in'

So sad to see someone that has no life that he spends his whole existence online trying so hard to prove he's the best of the best and nobody is a better than himself. From what I've been reading that is my take on this guy. News flash guilds don't like whiners. Your doing a great job at that.

i was kicked because officers acted like jerks in our guild chat and straight up lied to venom.
the guild was having a friendly debate about class effectiveness 3 days after tera launched and about steparu's opinion on berserkers end game and how ktera was not bringing them to hard mode content due to mobility and dps-on-target issues.
one of their officers (didn't know he was an oficer at the time, i played in the SWTOR chapter and had never seen this guy he had been in hiatus for a long time apparantly) started bashing everyone in guild chat. he said 'i'm tired of your negativity' and i know he wasnt talking to me - i had just joined the chapter 10 hours earlier and had never seen this guy.
several members called him out on it, asking why he's been negative so often for the last 3 days and to lighten up. he got worse. i asked if he was new because i was about to go over the guild rules and someone said 'he's not new he's an officer'.
a couple hours later i was banned from the guild and forums outright. i got into the game and had a conversation with this person - screenshots and all. i wasn't the person who had bashed him, my only line with this guy was to ask him if he was new to the guild and to partake in the class debate. he admitted to as much and said he'd see what he could do about overturning it.
but they didn't want to hear about it, and went so far as to say i was super negative in the swtor chapter. i played with the swtor chapter for less than a month and had to leave due to lack of money. we didnt have class debates while i was there outside of talking about patch changes - but even think this is an mmorpg, class debates WILL happen. so venom wouldn't overturn the decision even with my screenshots of the conversations saying i was always being negative - but that super nasty officer is still there.
i downloaded their guild meeting audio for tha tweek trying to get some insight as i was hurt about this. about the lies, the hypocrisy and the outright change to the community once tera opened and how i had just burned 60 dollars i didnt have to burn so i could play with my guild in their only really active chapter - swtor was dying. i still dont understand why they would lie and say i was super negative in swtor - at no point did anyone ever talk to me about any such thing in the swtor chapter. at no point did any officer come to me and say ANYTHING to me about ANYTHING whilein that chapter so it was a shock when venom said i was negative in the swtor chapter and warneda bout it because that never happened. ever. so i'm hurt because the community i was hoping to join and contribute a lot to in guild wars 2 not only removed me without cause, but also lied about their reasoning and lied about there being precedent. clearly i was being confused with another player, but i believe ego in the leadership does not allow decisions to be reversed. in the meeting audio venom says they dont want to have class debates that it's too negative.
for first time mmorpg players that may seem like an ok thing to say in a guild meeting. for those that have played them for nearly 20 years like i have - this is silly. class debates ie. conversations about various class skills, what you do and dont like about the class you are playing and just generally talking about GAME MECHANICS is normal for mmorpgs. when you log today pay attention to the number of little comments yo see about basic game mechanics and how they relate to classes.
faenix went out of his way to work for their community. he was given a weekly award for his outstanding guide on the sorcerer just two weeks before his departure. when we both joined their guild at the same time they didnt have a raid we could raid in. we had just rerolled from republic on swtor because republic was dying. we were RAIDING on taht side and wanted to raid on imperial as well. when he tried to start up a raid that was both in our time frame and would have slots he was taken aside and threatened.
the guild is run like the military - no original thinking allowed. follow the officers, you have no say in anything. however this is something you only find out about AFTER you try to take the initiative.
they will also lie when they are overwhelmed by a new chapter. venom treated me like a new recruit even though i had been with the guild a few months in another chapter, 10 hours after i told him i came from swtor in the first place he still didnt know who i was because the tera chapter had become too big to manage and people were being either lied about or confused with others in their hourly pruning.
this was a great guild, and they have a lot of great members still, but the leadership is poor. if you are not a yes-man, if you want to take initiative and contribue without first getting approval from several committees - this is not a good choice for you. if you are looking for integrity in leadership again this is not the place for you.
I have given them time. Weeks in fact. I have spoken to three going on four GM's but yet I am still here with the same problem, but this time I have money that came out of the bank. Why do you people defend this crap?
I know stuff like this can be annoying but posting it if public forums will do nothing but make you look like a child. So instead of posting more go play or some thing tell its your turn but remember all they can do is send a ticket them self to the 3rd party billing.
i think that people who havent not tried to cancel their sub here dont fully understand the issue
this is not like other mmorpg's that had the same issue. if you go to your account and hit cancel, it tells you that the tech to cancel is not availble yet and should be soon.
it's not a browser error - en masse will not ALLOW you to cancel through their web site
so you contact a gm as i and others did who then get back to you saying they manually cancelled your sub
two weeks later not only are you charged, but you log in to your account and see all the info is BACK ON IT
it does not matter if someone else is handling the transactions, it's only through en masse that you can affect your subscription and this makes them wholly responsible for it.
why shouldnt he make a new thread every day on the subject?

if you were charged for something you did not want or had been assured had been cancelled you would be just as upset. it's like changing cable providers or isp's and the old one charging you when they said they would not.
don't get all high and mighty on this. this is basic consumer rights.
