It's a technical issues more than anything. To be sure please login to your account via the website and make sure you still have playtime left.
Ig you do, which I'm sure of if you're correct. Then I would try talking to support or looking in to how your firewall is setup and possibly changing a few ports, etc. There has been no changes to accounts being accessed between now and November. I don't know enough off hand about correcting connectivity issues I beleive a friend of mine had to open up port 10001 or something when he had a similar issue.
Ok thank you i thought it was something to do with the screen settings but this fixes it so i thank you alot!

If you're referring to the chat windows you can scale them via the tab options. If however you're referring to he entire interface, than simply open your options, go to UI options, and then scale up your UI. Bare in mind that this will increase the size of the windows as well as the fonts so you'll have to play around a bit. You can also scale parts individually as needed using the drop down menu.
