why are you trying to play on preset 6 with a weak system.

people on metacritic say that north didn't make d3
Diablo is part of the Blizzard North Division and not owned by Activision (I believe). If we are going to compare companies, don't bring other games like WoW or Starcraft II into this.

agree, i don't like isometric games.
Personally I could give a [filtered] about D3; the game play just isn't my thing. Now if it were a dungeon crawler, but with an Elder Scrolls feel to it (first person, or at least an over the shoulder third person), I might like that...

are you implying that what is inside rolls, is actually troll meat?
damn i need to have a word with my baker...
If we don't get no trolls, then we don't eat no rolls.

en masse's launch was really messy actually. i currently have around 250 posts in the "tera answers section" helping people with problems from the problems of the launch for example.
yeah it wasn't a good launch, neither was d3 so they have that in common i guess, other than this being a good game and d3 not being, but that's my opinion.

Doubtful. That machine has a 300W PSU. The GPU only draws a max of 70W. That card should run fine on that machine. If it was the PSU, the machine would shut off completely when it started to draw too much power, it wouldn't hang at the boot screen.
Actuall thats a 500 FERMI series card and the i7 CPUs nehalem 110Watt, Sandybridge 95Watt, IvyBridge 65watt CPUs,
The card can draw a maxiumum of 125watts(2x75watt PCI-E 2.0 supplies) from the motherboard powersupply units. not to mention hard drives and other system devices.
The boot sequence draws the most power which is probably why its hanging up on the boot screen.
Even though it does boot before drivers are installed this could happen?
