Does anyone have a list of the amounts for each level? I thought I saw a picture or something with it but I cannot find it anymore.
It is permanent, you can pay to default the armor back to normal if you want. And it does not effect the slot, it only effects the one piece of armor you reforge.
That many people use it? I thought it was mostly a lancer thing, but I guess it would work for ranged classes.

spam bots don't count, and i know loads about bots, won't say how.
FPS aim bots are completely different, trust me, they tend to focus on partial hit-boxes, head/hands/legs/body.
and bots really wouldn't work for tera for the fact that this game has BAM's, you need to block attacks.
you think korea is filled with bots, because you think all asians bot/hack, that is just you being racist.
bots might at first seem possible, but when you add the BAM's into it, where you have to actually pay attention, the idea quickly dies.

There was a large problem with bots in the ~56 zone on KTera, I believe on multiple channels too. People were complaining it was hard to level in that area, and some people even resorted to farming bams just to get maxed out.
You also have to figure the endgame will be harder, at least it will probably not be ran as often or as fast as CR, and may not always be successful the whole way through.
I think I was the only Lancer that didn't look the same as everyone else.
It is a level 37 dungeon, and yes all of the loot is level 38.

We won about 5 wars out of the 20 that were declared (we declared maybe 2?), and honestly I wasn't mad about any of the ones we lost/forfeited. My only gripe, and the only two guilds I heard [filtered] about were Aphotic and Sunless. I was really hoping for a large scale battle with them for a good amount of time, and we got one that maybe lasted 5-10 minutes? I really wouldn't have had any issue losing to those guilds even if we got destroyed, I just wanted to fight and was angry they denied us that.
Edit: And before Sunless' war wore off, it was pretty even numbers so i'm not sure what battle you saw. Aphotic was outnumbered after they left, but I seriously doubt it was anywhere near 3 to 1, barely 2 to 1 if even that. Even saying that though, if these guilds claimed to be so skilled, whats the issue then? We may have 500-600 members between all guilds, but it was mostly just NFA arround, and we had around 125-150 members online total, I doubt everyone showed up.
So many kids are mad in this thread. We dominated NFA and SNFA and not a single war tag was killed by a level 27 in lower zones. I see so many NFA people are super mad they lost to almost every single guild on the server. Someone was saying how no other guilds were worth mentioning? I had 10 of my guildies running around fighting 5v5 and 10v10 vs them in random locations. After about 2 hours of not losing they show up with 40+ outside the Popori city and start talking [filtered]. Learn your facts before you open your mouth random rofl.
tl;dr - NFA worst clan on the server, loses 99% of the wars (thanks for correction), stop trying to justify the reasons you suck and get better.
