1 from the static bonuses an item has.
+1 from the random bonuses an item has.
+1 from the enchant bonuses an item has.

That is my understanding.... you may be able to get a 4th from the luxed +10-+12 bonuses but I don't honestly know about that.

Further note that my understanding is on PVP gear when we get it the bonuses are not limited to 1 of each per type. So if it has 3 random bonuses all 3 could be the same if you took the time to make them as such.

That example is accurate.

Got a shiny new pair of gold swords earlier today. Trying to use a common enigmatic scroll to reroll a few of it's mods but it gives an error of "Cannot transmogrify that item" whenever I do.

Any idea why this is? I've done it to multiple items in the past. Can it only be done to enchantable items?

Based on this thread, even before Orchids reply I would have kicked you the instant I had a chance upon seeing you in my dungeon. Try being less impatient and demanding.

Not to say you guys are not good, because obvious you do quite well... but if you really want to make big fancy claims about being the best of the best then why is it that on RIFT you constantly server hop away from guilds who would be competition to you onto servers where there is no competition and you are free to steal server firsts with no worry?

Sure... it may still technically not be legal... but for the right price I would certainly line up to buy one.
