only pure Elin guilds I've heard of are on PVP servers, TeaTime comes to mind. I'm sure there will be some later. most of us have Elin mains, last count only a couple did not (why do elin medium armor models have to be so poor?)
raidcall looks like good alternative, we already have 3 Vent servers available for guild so another option isnt really needed.
no requirement mentioned anywhere but for later game content its good to be able to listen at least and as Sohna stated, couple of us have servers already running
