Wow, really? That's pretty lame. Alright, thanks. I'll get on that.
My account renews tomorrow, I have a busy week ahead of me, decided I would hold off reactivating since I wouldn't be able to play anyways. Yet I don't see a cancel option anywhere when I log into my account.
The only buttons I see are "Download game, Add game time card, Transfer character".
Am I missing something?

I know that some changes are coming for the warrior and lancer because those changes are already live in Korea. Does anyone know where I can see what kind of skills/changes the Lancers get? I'd like to know what is in store.
Is it horribly broken or messed up or something? I ran an instance with my cousin. We completed it. We then decided to run it a second time, this time with 2 others. We invited them. We entered. The instance hadn't been reset, so we left the instance.
Then, we tried to reset the instance, it said "no instance to initialize". Whatever, I have no idea what that meant. So we tried to re-enter. Now, my cousin and I who originally did the instance can enter, but the 2 new additions to the party are now locked out for 30 minutes. What the heck happened?
Why are they locked out? I tried to reset the instance again, but it keeps saying "No instance to initialize". They also tried to reset their instances themselves, but it keeps telling them "no instance to initialize".
Is this a joke or something? A terrible bug? Working as intended? I'm honestly confused here as to how to get this to work...

I really enjoy the music this game has to offer, unfortunately a lot of it ends way before I would like it too. How about an option to loop the music?
After character creation? Hair style, color, etc?
Just curious. I don't like to be locked in to a style, but if I have to I want to make sure.

I'm only level 16, and I know most MMOs you level fast early on, but I was wondering when leveling slows down, and how long does it generally take from 1-60 for your first playthrough?
I'm curious as to what comes next for TERA? I don't see an "upcoming features" thing on the page, so I have no idea as to what the devs have intended for this game post-release. I haven't been following TERA at all as I just recently purchased it.
Does anyone know what the devs intend to focus on or do next? What kind of upcoming changes are going to happen in terms of additional content?
Off-topic, but how long does 1-60 take? I'm level 16 now, been going very fast, but so do most games at low levels.

Cool deal, thanks for all the responses :)
I ask this because it's VERY rare for a hyped, new MMO to only launch with 11 servers and half of those servers almost always sitting on "low" population.
Did the game really not sell that well? I'm very interested in the game but as its only been out a month(almost), to see the game only have 11 servers(and only 2-3 of them are ever sitting on High at any given time), is the game already not doing too hot?
Most MMO's nowadays launch and have 30+ servers to meet the demands, but this game didn't even seem to have to MEET any demands. Is this bad news?
