This is getting rediculous. How is something like this even happening, rookie rookie rookie mistake... All day been unable to play, along with many many others (I'd bet way more than 2000). Grep the bloody files, anyone with a valid cd key has time now don't they?? Stop dealing with this on a case by case basis and do it all at once.

i just tried to submit a ticket...got a "we're busy try back later" message. sigh
i got the same problem....not a good sign.
