ok test with new Ip's and copy over to my laptop same issue again, flushed my dns and clear my cache, same issue , my firewall is off anti virus is off , still no good, pinged the patch server and got no response from server, its there end.. most def login server works and game servers work and ping but seems that patcher server is screwed up , all though server did time out right at end... so could be both, seems like the servers are constantly restarting , and fact there is no patch server ping indicates something is wrong.

so its not just me then... okey jesus :/... thinking something is wrong on my end

idk whats wrong loged in few hours go, try all the fix's post in here nothing works , i can't re-download i has bandwidth caps, what is wrong? can someone help me please

i agree with Spank, anyone with IQ over 70 Should know this, that you have to increase your server capacity and and fix current lagg issues way before launching a F2P model, i would understand if game was brand new, but its not , problem with BHS and Emmasse is that, there situation to fixing nexus is completely wrong, i do I.T networking and Degree in System Engineering, there is only 1 way of fixing this, called networking servers ! this is were chats! are on separate server and all Dungeons are on separate server and nexus instanced location! on separate server , but they all networked together as one giant server so that all load is spread out along multiple server's AKA beastly PC's , this is how professionals do it in I.T networking! i have done my fair of server multi networking to all work together has one giant server !, i worked for server hosting company's that have this system in place for there service !

i would of done that if she was within distance but fact of matter she is not lol she's lives far from me so again any insight would be great on it , don't want her wasting her time with downloading it its just don't work for her .. again im not sure why they changed to cloud happy stuff , with my long experience with mmo's and launchers cloud service such as this is are just more annoyance and makes issues original launcher was perfectly fine . so anyone with knowledge about this issue please let me know

Ok my GF is downloading Tera through cloud happy.. it says she has downloaded 4.4gb with Buffer of 3GB and total download is 27GBs roughly, issue is does she have to wait for game to fully download? if so what is point in using cloud happy if service is fail? it comes up saying unable to launch please try again. original launcher was better personally could i send her old launcher? i do have it and would it work? or should she just wait for it fully download then try?? issue is it says ready to play but clearly it does not seem to be the case.
