Hello all,

I know some will say my post is pointless, but...I figured even though I haven't played in months I still have a few months on my subscription so I'm going to post my two cents anyway.

I'm reading all these posts and almost everyone here acts like this server merge is a complete shock. Really? REALLY? Almost everyone who left Tera knew this was coming. While I loved playing this game in OBT and the first month after launch, it DIED after that. On Blightwood over 35-40% of the players stopped playing when Diablo came out. I'm sure even more are gone now that Guild Wars 2 is out.

It seems like many folks here have blinders on. Don't you see the issues with the game? You don't see the problems with enchantment, lack of content, lack of PvP, etc? Really? This game DOES NOT have the content or functionality to hold a person's attention for more than a month or two.

Now, it's great and fine if you're still enjoying the game. BUT, you have to be kidding me if you're saying (or even thought) that Tera was going to grow in player base. The servers are probably 75% less in population than at launch.

Come on now...don't act like this is a huge surprise. Anyone who's had their eyes open knew this was coming. Heck, they even hired people at EnMasse already. It's time to face reality. Tera was a great concept but didn't have the content or functionality to hold players interested. End of story.
I know it's the weekend and everyone was up late fixing the account management issue last night. But, there are folks who are still having issues logging in today! I know you guys are quick to respond and my ticket has been submitted for six hours now. So, I know you're all at home sleeping!!!

Please come to the office :) Don't you miss your nice desk and computer? Pretty please? :)

I'm getting "server not available" or "game time exhausted". My ticket has been with support for 5 hours now...so I'm guessing they are not working Saturday. Friday I had an issue and they responded very quickly :(

I hope they do work Saturday, because if not it's a total lost weekend of play until next-next weekend :(
I am in the same boat. My husband and I both downloaded the game Thursday. Come Friday we weren't able to log in until he submitted tickets. Our accounts were fixed Friday and we played, but now (Saturday morning) his account is still fine but mine says "Game Time Exhuasted" before the character screen.

I have submitted a ticket, but I don't know if Support works on weekends. I'm assuming they do...it's 11:45pm EST, so that 8;45am in Seattle. I hope they do work, else it's a lost weekend of play :(
