Guild History


We started out Advertising Tera Online to the Australian and New Zealand community through Facebook and steam. Within a short period of time we had a small following and decided to make what was originally just a community / information base into a Guild to keep us all together.

With the implementation of an in-game Political system we wanted to run our Guild differently we wanted to keep the feel of a community so everyone in the Guild feels included in the decision making process and through that hopefully appeal to more people and build a strong loyal group of members.

All applicants are accepted regardless of where you are from we hope you enjoy being a part of our Guild.

We just wanted to let everyone know before the election phase begins that Val Kaeli will no longer be our home sweet home. With the beginning of the new semester we will no longer be able to maintain a reliable and regular presence for the Nexuses. The Nexus times are horrible for Oceanic players with them being at 8am and 12pm on Sat and Sun and then 3am and 7am on the dreaded Mondays. We just can’t continue to be there as much as we would like, nor as much as we feel the Vanarch of Val Kaeli should maintain.

It has been hard enough for us to attend as many as we have over the past few months and with the new semester in full swing we will not be able to be there as much as we would like so we have decided to move house and run for the Vanarchy of Veritas District. Bastion has always been one of our Favourite zones and we hope that if elected Vanarch of Veritas District we can find a new home to serve and maintain.

We will continue to uphold the same Vanarch Policy that we always have, which has been to have all the NPC’s made available at all times and at the lowest tax setting.

We hope that we have your support and that Val Kaeli can find a new Vanarch which will do it justice and provide a good service for all the people who have come to love the province as much as we have.

Yes we do clean inactive players on a regular basis but before hand we always send those members mail and leave the invitation open to rejoin in the future when and if they return.

I think that's a really good idea no one wants to be bombarded by guild listings its just one of the best ways to get the name out currently.

I'm all for it:) currently out of the 20 threads on the main page 11? are guild advertisements I think a GM should have a sticky that has all the Serpentis Isle Guilds listed and then have a sub forum for advertisements.

Would clean everything up and would make guild information more easily accessible.

The guild sub forum should be listed in Alphabetical order instead of which one was bumped last. that would prevent a lot of the spam that is going on in guild threads.

We don't really have to much information on the whole Vanarch system yet but we do know that the guild will get a special mount that displays Vanarch status for the duration of being a Vanarch.

I cant really say anything more than that for the time being without going into speculation so we will have to wait and see ^_^
