These are in no particular order. I've left out quite a few things. Such as class balance. This is simply a general observation of problems I've seen in my time playing over the past month.
.) Rework weapon stats into a more coherent manner that is easier to understand and attempt to remove traits that are generally "useless" by rolling them into broader categories. Of course with an attempt to retain current variety. No need to oversimplify unless absolutely necessary. Variety and complexity in stats are what make it fun a lot of the time.
.) Cosmetics that fit the games lore and are NOT gender specific. At the very least equivalency. As in releasing male and female clothing at once.
.) Work towards better optimization of the engine. There seem to be a few problems with the way this games network coding and rendering that causes some nasty lag. UI appears to be one of the bigger ones for example. Not sure why the UI was coded in such an archaic method.. but it is what it is.
.) See there is isn't any room for some fancier post-processing effects. Perhaps even better shadows/lighting. The current system for both is showing it's age already.
.) Attempt to improve the overall world geometry. Currently there are several problems from severe clipping to invisible pillar encompassing certain portions of the world for no real reason other than poor design.
.) Attempt to improve server performance. There appear to be odd spikes with the current infrastructure that could bear to be retooled to at least a small extent.
