Every time a new game comes out people run to the boards, go on about how they are "elite," describe a way they are exploiting the game and bypassing content, and then claim the game is too easy. Happens on every MMO and even regular games.
When Skyrim came out some of the afore mentioned "elite" complained that if they maxxed out blacksmithing, potions, and enchanting, they could build and dual wield 600 plus damage daedric maces that allowed them to cruise through the game. Lets just for a moment say that getting to 100 in all three skills was trivial. My question was, if you want a challange, why do it? Get through the game in hard mode with a pair of iron daggers, that ought to slow you down a bit. Of course, I got ridiculed, as I expect to be here.
If you know a place you can go and grind your way to 32 in 8 hours and you don't like it, DON'T DO IT. Pretty simple. Don't upgrade your gear, always fight things higher level than you, don't group. There are plenty of ways to challange yourself. Delete and re-roll if you die. I wonder why people with such great skill and such little imagination can expect people to create a game for you when you won't be playing in 2 months anyway, no matter how hard it is. Something else new and shiney will be around, and you will go to their forums and complain about how easy their game is.
You sir have made it into my Epic book. Well said.
