I can tell that all people i know who got mw they made it within 20 tries max. Usually it takes around 5 tries.

You might think that communication isn't much but it gives huge advantage for premades. Also they can use the best comp to abuse warrior's bug so it's another point for them. I see premades carrying one person now because it's easy farm currently and i enjoy fighting in solo que as well however i don't feel good when i see lower ranking people who queued as solo giving free points to premades.
So basically warriors are bugged now, solo que is matched with premade and elo system doesn't work as well since solo que 1k can get premade 1,3k in less than 1 minute of waiting.

I don't know how long have You been playing TERA, sir, but Warriors haven't been getting anything for really long time while Lancers have been changed from classic tank to dps tank which is ridiculous thing to find in mmo game. And if You played here before You would know how people were whining about warriors being useless in instances and pvp (that came from other people who prefered other dps classes over warrior).
To be honest block is the most useless skill warriors got in TERA. So yes, they need more dps as they are usually taken as "debuffer" or "party assistant".
But face it, you all are mudblooded hybrids. That's how the game intended for you to go with!

This is not going to happen sadly, EME will never manage EU version of TERA as they are preparing to publish next two games in near future. There have been few topics about issue similar to Yours (aka topics being deleted, tickets with no response) but EME can't do anything about it. Mistake that has been made long time ago will never be fixed probably.
