Try going into System Menu/Options/UI Setting.
There is a slider to "Scalle all UI," and below that a slider to "Scale UI elements."
(There is also a drop down menu for the individual elements.)
Many people report that the chat window seems a bit large when they scale up the rest of the UI to 100% or more.

I think it would be good for the game to be able to see players health above there head along with the level in which they are, or an option to turn this feature on.
It's frustrating to trot past another player who's being swarmed by monsters, and have no idea whether that player is clinging to his last health point and needs help, or if I'd only be interfering
System Menu/Options/Shortcuts brings up a window that allows you to change your keybindings.
System Menu/Key Mapping only shows the default keyboard layout, and seems to confuse lots of people. Certainly, it fooled me.

2. Implement some system where you can still control your character while you're looking at the full map.

I don't know how many times I've grabbed a quick look at the map, tried absentmindedly to turn my character toward a different direction, and been confused for a moment when he doesn't turn.
Granted, it's a very tiny complaint, but lots of thoughtful little touches add up to a more enjoyable overall experience.
The game does allow us to change the keybindings, including any extra buttons on a mouse. I agree that adding one or two more hotkeys to the mouse comes in very handy.
I changed my keybindings to let me use the scroll wheel button for a skill that is only available for a moment when my archer gets knocked down, for example.

I am also wondering is it possible to download the Set up on multiple Computers? with the same account of course
Authorizing additional computers
The computer you use to create your En Masse account is automatically authorized to access your account. If you want to access your account from other computers, you will need to authorize them.
1. Sign in to your account on the additional computer you would like to use. Account Armor will notify you that you are logging in from an unknown computer and send a verification email to the email account on record.
2. Check your inbox for an email with the subject "En Masse Account Management System Account Armor Authorization Ticketâ€.
3. Enter the code from the email into the Account Armor window.
4. You've now authorized that computer and can log in to your account.
You can individually resize many elements of the UI in the Options menu, or resize them all at once with a master setting slider. You can drag the UI elements around on your screen to place them where you like, and there are 2 icons to click that will hide or unhide two extra sets of hotbar slots.
You can change all the keybindings if you wish, in the Options menu. If you have a mouse with extra buttons on it, you should also be able to use those for keybindings. Some players are using videogame controllers instead of keyboard and mouse.
There is a minimap of the immediate area inside a compass, a map overlay that shows paths and objectives within the zone, and a popup map that displays all the zones.
You have the option to use Right Mouse Click, Left Mouse Click and TAB as 3 extra hotbar keys. (You do not need TAB for targeting, since you use your mouse cursor to aim at your intended target.)
Some multi-target skills let you drag your mouse to select a number of enemy targets, then click once to launch an attack on all of them.
If you hold down a hotkey button, you will keep repeating the same attack over and over (if the attack skill does not have a cooldown preventing that).
You have an option to set up some frequently used 2-skill combinations, and use the normal hotkey to trigger the first skill, then simply hit the Spacebar to trigger the pre-chosen follow-up skill. The game will suggest some useful combinations.
To find the location of a monster for your current quest, open the quest log, click on the monster's name where it is written in blue, and your maps should then show the general area where that monster can be found.
The exclamation marks and and asterisks and such over the heads of npc's and monsters are color coded and slightly different from the usual, marking them as various types of questgiver npc's, and mobs that are aggressive or non-aggressive, needed or unneeded for current quests.
