Once more we are opening up our doors for new recruits. Over the past few weeks we have lost many members to other games and RL issues, and would like to see if we can rebuild our ranks to what it once was. Having been a small to mid sized guild it has put a wrench in our progression efforts, so here we are.

What we are looking for is level 60 players that are geared and ready, (or close to ready), for HM's. Especially hurting in our tank department, we would like to recruit an especially active lancer or warrior that is well enough geared to start HM's right away. When it comes to our dps, we are short a couple but still maintain an active and dedicated core.

LOl yall blame the move on D&T? Kismet and D&T itself had no problems whatsoever. Yes her, damon and awoke had some problems,but there was no ill temper to the guild as a whole. Don't try to sugar coat the reason why you left Blightwood. Anyone with half a brain would realize that a move to a more populated server is the right way to go. Yes the community is not as tight, but the pro's more than outweigh the con's. Regardless of the fact that We moved to Dragonfall, I would not have held any ill regard to Emminence for the decision they made. They were the smart ones that didn't feel like paying for a game and not getting the full experience of said game. If your tired of not having Vanarchs in a certain zone, and not having vendors in a certain zone, than I suggest you be one of the smart ones too, and get your [filtered] off the dead server before it is removed completely anyways.

The famous D&T disbanded. Yet the experiences of those that were a part of it will never die. Some have decided to fly that banner proud once again. Whether it be WoW, Tera, or any other game.
So the legend of Death and Taxes lives on where ever the hell it wants too. To be completely honest with you, I had no Idea D&T reformed after the sunwell crash in 2008. This guild is full of remarkable players and we are quickly solidifying our foundation. The last thing we need is ONE MORE troll to come in and try to destroy a good thing. So if you could please stop trolling this forum and let us get on with our gaming. Seriously.

Ryzon, if you would have put in half the effort that xalek and awoke did in building the core of Death and Taxes, maybe you would have appreciated it more. Fact is, your one of those players looking for a free ride to the top. Not once did you offer your help to one single guildy. As for the rest of the guild, they were hard at work helping others get to 60, and I was one of those being helped. I don't speak for the rest of the guild, but I'm glad you left the way you did. Just helpin me take out the trash as far as I'm concerned. Because that's what you are Ryzon, trash. I feel sorry for the guild that has to carry you.

Death and Taxes has transferred over to Dragonfall from Blightwood due to low population issues and recruitment needs. We started the guild at release and successfully built a solid core, but while looking into the future of the guild we realized that staying on Blightwood would put a hinder on our progression goals. So here is our story...

Death and Taxes is now taking applications to fill up the ranks for it's Tera chapter. With a gaming insight dated back to the times of EQ2 and the vanilla stages of WoW, we have an "old school" stance to gaming and strive to keep it that way.

We are a PvE guild based out of the west coast (semi-late night). Although we focus primarily on the PvE aspects of the game we promote and will support the PvP side of it as well but do not require it. We are a "serious but casual" guild. We're gonna have fun, but at the same time we're gonna get things done.
