As long as my elite rep/gold buffs are still on when I turn in the rest of my quests...I don't mind.

No? I happen to know a warrior who is going to use defensive stance for all pvp.

My name is not important, and I approve these changes.
Unless the new QoA2 bosses are somehow radically different from current bosses, I'll still be dodging. Like the current bosses, I'd rather dodge out of the way, and keep on attacking while the boss throws his hits in the wrong direction. If I decide to block, I gotta keep blocking as the boss attacks, which means I'm using up time that I could have spent attacking.

As far as I can tell, by dodging and immediately attacking afterwards once out of the line of attack, warrior tanks will still have a near-endless supply of stam.

That is unless, like I said, there's something about the new QoA2 bosses that makes them different (such as every attack is a giant pulsing AoE...is every attack a giant pulsing AoE?)

Do you have the program Afterburner installed? If so, I'd check to see if your vid card is revving up at all during play. Having an intel cpu and an AMD card should NOT be an issue. I have an i7 and an AMD 6970 card, and I get 30fps in towns, 60 in the world, and 25-40 in dungeons on max settings.

If you've determined that your card is actually being used in-game, then I'd uninstall and re-install catalyst control center (make sure you're at version 12.6, which has several improvements for 7000 series cards) and get back to us.
If you zoom all the way out, and place the camera overhead, you'll get a bird-eye view of Kaprima, and you'll be able to see his Scythe. Personally, I changed my field of vision as well (from 60 to 80).

So, your dodge is on a 4second cooldown. He won't do his attacks closer than 4 seconds apart. So you do have the power to avoid them all. Here's what I've observed.

Watch the Scythe. If he slams it down with the blade digging into the ground, he'll either create a fissure in front of him (tank needs to worry about this), or heave the Scythe behind him in an attempt to mess with the dps. When he slams count "one one thousand DODGE!" and dodge outta the way.

If he slams the Scythe down with the blunt end hitting the ground, he'll whip the Scythe around in a bladestorm. When he slams do the same count: "one one thousand DODGE!" and your dodge should last long enough to avoid all hits.

Either way, be ready to dodge about 1 second after he slams the Scythe down. If it turns out you didn't need to dodge, don't worry. By the next time he does one of those moves again, your dodge will be back off cooldown.

Back to topic has any one else noticed that the endurance buff you get doesnt actually increase your stats?

I have noticed this as well.

My character pane does NOT reflect a 70% endurance increase (about 10k defense before entering dungeon, about 10k defense after entering dungeon and seeing buff in my buff bar).

In addition, the amount of damage I receive feels about the same as when it did before the patch. Certain attacks that previously took away half my health...well, they still take away half my health.

The aggro buff, if that's at all working, would be hard to take in anyways. The aggro table for bosses seems very small, so just like before, you still have to be doing constant damage in order to retain aggro. Otherwise those abilities that benefited from 40% bonus aggro STILL fall off the table.

I dunno if the buff is working, but I guess I don't much care. More practice for me! (god knows I need it)

Here's the crab boss. I'm familiar with crab BAMs, so he was a doozey despite it being my first tank attempt.
Haters can hate on F2P all they want. I tend to like them. I buy the content I want, and I don't buy the content I don't want.

With a subscription-based game, players can't use their wallets to give direct feedback on particular pieces of content (a.k.a. not buying certain stuff). Players have to judge the experience as a whole to decide whether or not its worth the subscription.

With itemized f2p games, developers at least have some pressure to make each item worth paying for. It's better than making a bunch of "fluff" content that no one cares about, mixed in with the core content. I don't want to pay for the fluff if it blows, but in a subscription game I have to anyways.
