If by some slim chance this is legit, deal with customer support. There's nothing this forum is going to be able to do for your situation.
They aren't asking you those questions because they don't have the info. They aren't asking thnose questions to make the process difficult. They are asking those questions to verify that you are in fact the person that created the account and added the credit card info. It's a fraud protection measure. They aren't being shady, they aren't being incompetent. They are being safe.
Is it possible that with your old build, the GPU settings (not in game, but in the GPU control panel) were set lower than they are with the new GPU, so that even with the exact same in game settings you'd get a lower FPS with a more powerful card?

Anyway, not trolling. You deserve nothing. No special treatment. Just as people who had +12 MW T13 when T14 was added. Do they deserve compensation for the gear they worked so hard for not being the top of the line anymore? Do the people who spent uncountable amounts of time and gold to buy/farm T12 and T13 fodder deserve compensation now that the T12 and T13 fodder is a fraction of what it used to cost and drops like rain? Nope.
They didn't build that gear to receive an achievement. You didn't level your crafting to 410 to receive an achievement. You all did these things because it was a means to an end, it was what you wanted to do. Not a stepping stone or trail you had to go through to get some silly achievement.
Games change. Things are added and removed. Get over it, quit the whining, and get on with your life.

Sounds to me like you're either a tank, in which case things aren't supposed to hurt you too much, or you're fighting things that are below your level.
