I'm just going to.. toss our website and recruitment thread URLs here. I'll put down a wee bit of detail in regards to your needs~
A lot of us are altoholics, and we consider ourselves Light/Optional RP (so you wouldn't be required to RP, but we'll help direct you in the direction if you wanted to explore). As for dungeoning activity, here's a few of us constantly in Fanes and BTs almost all day, while others are good with one or two per day; additionally, we like to work in large groups for Policy Points, which, honestly, every one of those BAM hunts has been amazing fun.
Our peak activity falls in the evening/night EST timeslot (5pm-3am EST), but we have members from all regions of the US as well as some of Europe and the Oceanic region.
As for loot, it's expected that people not be asses about it in their groups. I haven't seen a problem yet as groups are very condensed compared to what I'm used to, so you'd not need to worry about that.
And.. last but not least.. we're crude, vulgar people but we expect respect from our members. Our member selection doesn't discriminate based on IRL qualities, and we also expect that this regard be passed to members as well. [filtered] jokes aside, if people start attacking other members, it gets handled immediately. ^-^
