I feel your pain...but i paid for my Digital CE months ago and as of Launch I cant play. I think a touch of nerd rage is well justified at EM in times like these.
Without reading this whole thread.. I just came up with a shiny new boxed copy, put in the activcation code and.. no days, 0 left. So found this forum post.. okay, painful as heck, but okay..
Additionally, the store is broken? I thoguht perhaps I had to use a CC to sign up for a recurring plan, and then it would just not bill until 30 days later.. but it gives an error nomatter which card I use; I thought it might've beren a card problem at first, but on a second card, same issue..
.. so the activation is broken
.. and the CC purchasing is broken

Instant gratification is king; if we bring it home and can't play, thats a serious dent in satisfaction :)

It seems that some people have successfully logged into the game after setting up their subscription.
I dont know if its just me or all Aussies, but when i try setting up my subscription i get the dreaded "Payment Authentication Failed" error using both paypal and credit card.
Was really looking forward to playing some Tera tonight. i guess that wont be happening :(
Please kick Digital River to the curb and find a better alternative

For the record not all us Aussies are this silly.....and I think that EM has done a pretty good job so far, customer service has also been fantastic for me....not sure what OP is smokin tbh?!
Well after playing the first beta I'm more than willing to give it at least a month, best beta I have been a part of for some time.....I'd say give it a shot mate, well worth it I'd say :)
