Why should people join this and not one of the other 5 "league" sites out there.

Last time I checked I couldn't find a league for TERA, I'd be more than interested if you could link me to these leagues. If these leagues do exist then it's likely that I have more experience than those leagues organisers and I would probably be better at organsing a community (on the large scale). Again, I don't even know if these leagues exist so I can't compare..

Hi, my name is Salman Shahid. I'm 18 years old and from Australia. I am the owner of IceGaming.Org. I, only created IceGaming a few days ago but I've had previous experience in organising leagues and tournaments at WOGL (ex-admin, Salman) while managing over 100,000 members. I've been playing TERA since close-beta (Level 60 priest, Idelia, Alt and Level 41 sorc, Icii, Main) and I was very annoyed with the quality of PvP content in TERA with both current and excepted content. So, I thought to myself what could I do? I realised I had to take the initiative, as no one else has, and create an organisation where players meet for a great PvP experience.

I gave myself a few days to get things going and now it's time! I've got the bones of what I need, to start TERA PvP tournaments and leagues, ready. Currently, only the forum is fully completed but I'm working on the blog and website. So, what's actually going to happen now that I've got the forums organised and released a ruleset with team registration information? Well, I'm going to start advertising and hopefully getting people registered and involved!

To get the ball rolling, I'm going to introduce a PvP tournament for the Valley of Titans server where the ruleset is quite loose. After this tournament I will listen to the community and change some rules because I know people won't agree with the current rules. Also, I'm sorry to the people who are interested in PvP but not from VoT, hopefully when everything gets running and I recruit some staff I or we, at that stage, will begin tournaments on your server! A side note, there is no entrance fee or prizes for this tournament except for a forum title and in-game attention. :)

So how do you register?

Remember the closing date for team registration is Wednesday, 9th June at 11:59PM PST (Pacific standard time)

I understand that the closure date is in a week or so and it might be problematic to create teams in time. This was done for a reason because I know there will be a HUGE influx in members by that time and I won't be able to support the tournament at that potential scale unless I have more staff.

Lastly, I know there are quite a few ambiguities in the ruleset so if you want to have anything clarified please feel free to post any questions on this thread: http://icegaming.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=9
