Welp, it's official, cannot farm for chronoscrolls anymore. Well, through just killing mobs way. Guess I have to do it through farming dungeons, selling unnecessary fodder. x_x

I have the same card as you TC but I do not drop to those fps frames at ALL (only during nexus where there is a bunch of people around).
The only difference is that I have a better CPU and RAM than yours... And I hear Tera is a CPU intensive game so maybe that's the problem? idk.
I suppose a reformat would do. -shrugs-
Also, see you have a EVGA 560ti... I have MSI. Is there that much of a difference between the two?

It's basically in the zones where nexus happens. Pathfinder, Zulfikar and Kanstria.
