+1 OP Enmasse seems not to respond...

I Really don't care what people think of the Cash Shop...

The problem is that Enmasse is doing the exact same thing that CAPCOM did the creators of Street Fighter X Tekken , IF you all are familiar with that game they added the DLC to all console releases of the game people who purchased it at the store had every right to access and use that content but they already had it developed and wanted to profit an Extra $20 from everyone so they did that banned lots of accounts for hacking DLC already on their disc they had every right to.

NOW we have Enmasse and I paid for my CD which I have here, I saw no agreement because there was none on the manual, that site given was false, and either way I am right no questions asked I know there is an agreement but it was never presented to me, and I was never told anything about a DAMN cash shop.

Now Enmasse wants to charge me $10 to change a color of my hair, $10 to change any detail EACH Time for content which I already paid for that I should be able to use, I am not talking about extra skin packs or such I will be more than happy to pay $10 for extra customization as long as they let me FREELY Customize with content I already purchased.

I have filed complaints online about Enmasse, I Demand a response from them, I tried peacefully first in Ticket, Forums they refuse to respond to the community, if they do not respond to my complaint within 10-20 days I file on other sites to give them bad BR reguardless.

I am sick and tired of Game Companies like Enmasse thinking they can step all over everyone make mistakes and get away with it constantly....

I am sick of the trolls trolling over $10 saying we should have to pay for it, if you want to pay for it go right ahead, but some of us choose not to including myself.

Enmasse needs to respond to the outrage on the issue, and don't tell me that when I purchased my game from the enmasse sight premium services, or items was listed there because it was not at no point was I made aware of this, and don't tell me it was on the forums, facebook, or twitter I dont care if it was or not, if it wasn't on the outside of my physical box, or in an agreement in the book, then technically under consumer rights they are ripping me off as a consumer, and I will take advantage of this.


** I will not be shocked when this game goes 100% Free 2 play, or is the next big flop of a Failure of a MMO in 2012, but hey I wait to see what Lineage 3 is like.**

** Don't say it wont happen either, because the direction Enmasse is going I smell a big FailBoat.**

** IF you look at the server populations they are no longer as full as they were when the game was released, no longer big quenes, doesn't that tell you something.**

why would there be a response? only a small portion of the playerbase has any reason to be against it... the rest of us are happy with it staying how it is.

Wrong. A very large number of people hate double dipping cash shops, just as a lot of thoughtless children and younger gamers, don't understand why it's bad, and actually argue in favor of paying more money for things.
