Fellow UK player & casual RPer here coming to Celestial Hills too, well, once Froggy hurry up and process my refund :)

I gave Frogster the benefit of the doubt in hopes they would give a statement and come forward with news today.

Unfortunately they haven't, which is proving to me their customer service and communication throughout Tera EUs life will always be like this; so I have asked once more for a refund in hopes I can move to the NA version that actually has a RP/PVE server :)
