It seems you are completly do not understand how melee attacks work in this game. Agressive hitbox is every where where weapon is during attacks. Overhand start animation while sword is behind slayer. If you were above him/he and got hit it means one of 2 cases:
1) you hit but this small hitbox where was skill animation
2) you were victim of lag - that happens very often for all melee classes.
Do not make judgment about class balance, while you are not have idea how to focus target. From your description seems obvious you let the slayers focus on your priest. I'm wonder what warrior did during this fight? Why no stun one of them? Where was mystic? Mystic have AoE stun, what he did on all this time? Why no fear, sleep one of them? If you allow focus 3 on 1, why are you surprised? Sorry, but from your description I see it like a noob party got destroyed and QQ.
A gank happens doing BAM fight. priest gets knocked down, he gets back up. knockdown, oh look *heals him*, O look hes dead. *Sad face* stun? sure. stun one, other two still running around. warrior does his aoe stun. OH look, one of them dodged right outta the way. back on the mystic. Fear, Don't know, must have broke idk, Sleep? pff a random mob knocked him out of sleep. yay.

Who's complaining about dodge? No, I'm complaining about a SKILL that slayers have that I have to PRE ready a skill with another skill to JUMP dodge within 1 second time frame to not get hit by a skill that I can *NOT* block. Nice..
If we can't have 2 roots and a stun can we have 4 stuns like a warrior including the counter attack? Maybe all of those nice lancer stuns? Can we have a root and sleep that we can chain into a hit that takes out 70% of your health? Can we have fear and make you unable to use any evasive maneuvers? Maybe traps that stun and reduce movement speed? Evasive maneuvers that cause a 70% slow? No? Huh...

Overhand Strike and Measured Slice can both be blocked. The problem is with the game causing players to appear to be in one place when they're really in another. On your screen it looks like the Slayer is in front of you using measured slice and it's going through the block, but in reality the game is registering them as on your side or behind you, and since measured slice hits 360 degrees around the Slayer it goes through. And Overhand Strike is not a lock on. On your screen you were out of the way of the attack, but serverside you took the hit to the face. That's a global problem, it's not something exclusive to Slayers.
Perhaps learn how the game works before jumping on the "Slayer is OP" bandwagon because you're bad and won't exert any energy attempting to improve?

This skills have also ~1 sec animation what make attacks fully predictable and avoidable.
LOLOL I DO tons of testing, dueling and GvG against slayers. I can stagger strike AFTER overhead slash O wait, some how the server says they are not infront of me so it doesn't work and their move STILL goes off (IF they have tons of attack speed. doesn't matter how fast you are), I even tried doing an *evasive smash* out of the way after a overhead slash BUT GUESS WHAT buddy. that 1 second you said it takes? I have to charge up my skill within that second to do the dodge and IF I'm not SUPER fast like a rainbow dash. I get hit. Wonderful.
You know whats funny. I'VE seen a slayer just out right MISS me with his overhead slash and somehow *HIT* me while I'm behind him with his measured slice O wow, a 14k crit in the face from behind him. THAT'S why slayers are OP, that's why slayers are easy class compare to other classes. Oh, target not near my cross hairs pff, no problem, I'll still hit them one way or another from my combo chain.
What do zerkers have to do? We have to be "DEAD ON" to hit someone, dead on target.
This complains about slayers in 1v1 became annoying. Yes, they are good in1v1, but weak in mass PVP.
Funny you say this. Had a 4v3 GvG battle on my server. Guess who were the slayers.
The 4 were a priest/mystic/warrior/archer against a 3 slayer team. THE slayers happen to get to the priest and DESTROYED him in seconds after his second knockdown cause as soon he got up, he was knockdown. Though the slayers lost. they was able to take out 2 of the members in a short amount of time. Whats funny is those slayers wasn't even that good, they were just all over the place. If those were good slayers, my group would have been brought down like nothing.
It doesn't matter, this is how the game is going to be. Want easy mode pvp? go slayer, mindless
They shouldn't need *two* stuns though, one stun sure. a stun and a root, sure. but 2 stuns is kinda a overkill
