Kovyn's Post History

Its funny. Because they explained this in the politcal system yet, no one pays attention or researches ANYTHING before getting into a game then all they do is [filtered] and complain when the game is being played as it should.

The whole point of taking out the shops is to make people WANT them to come back. So they have to vote for people to do their job at getting them back in the area. Better get used it, because they are gonna disappear often. Or not be there at all when those vanarchs dont hire them back when they are ruling.

+1 ^ This, right here.

If people would read they would see that this was gonna happen. This is the way the game works and I am all for it. Let EME do their job and just see how things roll out. Everything will come together.

When I hit 60 I plan to get all the other quests done because I'm sure there will be a zone or two that I will have missed.

Perhaps gank a few lowbies on the way. Gotta love GvG.

"Flying Mounts [positive posts only please]"

I will positively say that flying mounts are NOT needed in this game.

HikuraZero on 05/07/2012, 04:58 AM - view

We all want these as flying mounts in the game

No "WE" all do not. Do not stick words into others mouths please. I don't know where those words have been.
HikuraZero on 05/07/2012, 04:58 AM - view

...but especially with the death and ressurect system I feel that flying mounts are important.

What makes flying mounts so important because of this system?

HikuraZero on 05/07/2012, 04:58 AM - view

It does not ruin content and all you have to do to stop people going where they shouldn't is to introduce a height limit.

You've already modded the game to do this and tested it? Ran it by with EME devs already did you?

HikuraZero on 05/07/2012, 04:58 AM - view

I'd love to be able to run around on either the Pegasus or dragon and then take off and fly around the beautiful game taking in the scenery from above with the freedom of choosing where I want to go.

I can agree with this...but I can also freely choose where to go with teleport scrolls. Sightseeing would only last until your dungeon group is formed, you find your quest objective, or you get ganked by a BAM. If flying mounts existed what's not to say that BAM's wouldn't fly as well?

HikuraZero on 05/07/2012, 04:58 AM - view

There are many more reasons I could say but I'd like to give other the chance.

Why do you think we should having flying mounts, And how do you think it will improve the game and make the players happy?

This kind of implies more stuffing of words into mouths and that everyone is going to agree with you.

+1 to keeping "player collision". It's a combat system that some of us have never played in before so we'll just have to work with it. This means using new tactics and thinking differently on how to approach a group and positioning your party. It'd be kinda bland if the same tactics from "other MMO" worked just the same here. A new challenge is always welcome in my books.

Roll a lancer, group up with baraka's, do SM, then come back and tell me that you honestly like player collision. I can assume just by reading your stupid comment that you probably play a ranged class. PLAYER COLLISION IS NOT FUN TIMES.

LOL

I play a warrior. Your assumption is hereby "wrong", good sir.

I honestly don't see why you're attacking my comment. I'm being open minded about this. Yeah, I may run into a situation where I bump into another player and something happens. It's all in good fun. That's the way the game is and I don't expect it to change.

Dalset on 05/07/2012, 04:22 AM - view

This is obvious trolling with the system. There's a difference here between this and actually playing the game properly. The players in the video are just being abusive toward other players.

It doesn't showcase anything that you are talking about with the player collision affecting gameplay in a negative way when using it properly.

No. Player collision is needed for how this game works.
But what I would like to see is a mass system. Like, depending on your race and class (and probably even skills/buffs), you can be pushed easier / harder. That way your Aman lancer isn't tripping over your Elin mystic.
And yes, that does mean you would have to watch where you step.

I agree with this. Sick of Tripping over Elins.

Those poor, poor Elin. :(

At least you're not tripping over Popori. That'd just be embarassing. >_>
