I had the problem yesterday aswell but its fixed now TIME TO CATCH UP ON BG.
Im from australia too, and having the same problem was working sunday 1-2pm i took a nap and tried to log on for nexus at 6:45 wouldnt let me and i could not access the forum only way to get access is from phone or my work comp.
I have telstra cable, i called them and they said there was nothing wrong with my line soo im not to sure whats happening.

in the end it's just rng , I used about 25 scrolls as soon as igot them on my sword and didn't get mw on my item so I decided to save up scrolls from dungeons wanted to hit 50 Scolls before I attempted . yesterday was having a really bad rng day with rolls in dungeon so decided to try mw my items to make myself feel better I had 43 scrolls
2nd scroll used mw my sword then I just spammed the remainder of my gear ended up mwing all my gear in 36 scrolls. was a very very lucky day indeed so keep trying you will eventually get it ... if u fail stop and try another day.... good luck

To the guy who said LFG is for chat and area chat is for LFG, I may be wrong but i though area was a chat for a zone, sometimes i may be looking for a group to do BAM quest im not going to stay in the area and wait for people to do it with, i rather continue questing which will most likely have me in a new area.
I like the change in LFG, atleast my LFG msgs wont dissapear in 5 seconds, i think there should be a global chat just not as a main tab.
For the rest, i bet if enmasse next patch had heaps of fixes, new content everyone would be still complain cause frankly thats what this community is known for. they release battle ground with 5v5 people complain 10v10 people gonna complain, i wonder to myself if the people at enmasse even have any motivation to give it there 100% now since if i was a worker and tried to make the game the best it could be only to have to read complaint after complaint and threats of unsubscribing ... i duno i prolly would not give a rats anymore and do as much work as i have to instead of actually caring for it.
Im just glad to see they actually see patch notes often.
