Guild and friend chat would be nice. Also maybe an app for the forum so we dont need to resize everything constantly or have horrible reply widows. The website should actually have an app so we can browse the content easily.

Other stuff for ingame that could be fun:
* Toon and profile viewer with status update available
* Inventory, bank and guild bank management
* Access to mail so we can write messages and send parcels
* Access to trade chat
* Access to broker
* Access to guild screen
* Guild management
* Access to vanarch funtions (chat, activate services)
* Access to map so we can pin point locations to guildies
* Access to friend list

Thats all that comes to my mind for now.

Let's be silly and imagine for a moment we could choose our type of GM when we contact the customer service.
We could have the following:

The Professional: talks business like, is very polite, do not commit into answers he could regret, but do try to help as much as he can. Not much is known about him, he is a ghost with no identify or a bee that is part of the EME hive? They are your classic support people.

The G33k: technical, he knows the game inside out, almost better than you which he will willingly argue about. Maybe flex his brain for you. He gets annoyed if you don't understand him right away when explaining things to you and hates stupid questions. He also hates RNG and QQers that play on PVP servers just as much as you do.

The Bieber: he is very young or sounds like it. He knows all the acronyms unimaginable and talks to you with very little professionalism, as if you were a teenager just like him. He is however very friendly and fresh. This one might not be for everyone, but can reach out to the younger audience of the game. oterwiz e wil only anoy u wit is tipos n noobiness.

Of course I'm just having fun... still it would make everyone happy I'm sure!

When downloading from the client, I've noticed that the P2P option really slows thing down.
Try deactivate P2P in options. I had went from 100/400 kpbs to 4/6 mb. Huge difference.

They talk like Ayla in Chrono Trigger.

Also would be nice if you could preview gears from recipes (so we can see what sort of template we are actually making).

Energy glyphs for aura spells... hahaha.

Only works when you cast it which is huh ah yea almost never since it last indefinitely, unless you die a lot.. which you obviously don't. Most retarded glyphs ever. At least it could have reduced the upkeeep cost, but nah.

What else... ah yea! Glyph to make ur prot thrall more resistant. That little guy is already a super tank And if it dies well cooldown is onlu 30 sec or we... no way u gonna need that. Not mentionning it cant hold aggro anyway so... Pretty much all thrall glyphs are useless anyway except life cd.

I guess there are more but for me thats the main ones.

I tried to do BT normal yesterday, and it would have been my first time. I was with 2 guildies who had done it before and I did my homeworks on studying the dungeon, I have ok gear (tier 12 non enchantable gear, fine cruxes and good jewelry).

So we queue for dungeon and get in after idk maybe 30 mins. Up front I tell the pugs it's my first time so to be aware of this (i find this to be a good practice). Anyway right after lancer is trying to vote me out (didnt know you could do that, but its cool in some situations). Of course I dont geg voted out cause I have my guildies with me, but then I ask the lancer if hes ok with that (dont want drama). Anyway no answer so i guess its fine then he inspect my guildie and tell him his crystals are not good enough, try vote him out twice... Then I get bored hes obviously [filtered] aroung and grumpy with us. So we decide to bail out. He didnt want us there and wasnt gonna move.

Moral of story, if its so hard that it makes group reject you so easily, when youre trying to get your enigmatic gear (because there is nowhere else I was gonna get it) there is a problem. Maybe at first people werent so picky, but since lancers can queue in seconds, its pretty easy for them to nitpick especially since there is now many well geared 60.

So yea good update hope it chills the elitists that nitpick and inspect you like at the airport.
