I agree with op except for the elin topic.

lack of dungeon runs from the 1-2 hour long queue is the reason I'm behind in levels. 52 and finished all of dragonfall except bams. I think I ran each dungeon about once, compared to 10-20 times each on ktera + dungeon repeatables. Wish they would reinstate gift boxes to dungeon finder so more tanks would be interested in queuing so they could get dust for selling/enchanting even after they have cleared/obtained all the gear from certain dungeons.
