Personally I agree with most of your points. The safe zone hugging is ridiculous. When I finally got brave and did some flagging and PvP I had the most fun I've had the entire weekend.

Also and ESPECIALLY in a GvG I think that only major cities should be safe zones at all. Those outposts should not be. Though I realize this could be abused if you tele camp people. Maybe make a timer after tele-in for safe time. 10-15 seconds.

The thing that gets me the most is that a lvl 60 could farm sub lvl 20 in your guild and get the same points towards GvG as if they beat a lvl 60... many a GvG was won this way. It is underhanded and think that if a kill would give you infamy then it should not count towards GvG points
