I suggest implementing this LFD as a last resort, instead of something you go to first because you don't want to bother with making a group. You could buff the drops off of pugs, or nerf them on LFDs, or you could make it so the less people there are online at your level range, the more dungeons you can do, etc.

I see what you're coming from, but understand that most of that isn't true. Besides, if we're all going to all die or whatever it is you're afraid of, it's going to happen, and we can't change that.
