I'm from a PvP server and before the merge I did just fine in BGs with my T12 Nexus gear. Mind you I don't even have revered in agnitor since I'm from Feral Valley and we closed 6 nexuses on a good day... just to give you an idea of how invalid the OP's point is. Also, people always said Dragonfall was the most active server, therefore closing down the most nexuses.
As long as you're in a PUG group fighting another PUG group it's fine, because they will have ~undergeared~ people as well, while you have people with T14 masterworks watching your back (hah, what a joke). Start worrying when you're up against a premade (which is, mind you, the worst thing ever).
Matching PvP with PvE seems like a good start to getting those server transfers between PvP and PvE up and running, though! :)

Also, just for everyone's information; traps aren't instant-casts, but I'm not surprised at slayer and warrior players assuming everything in this game has no cast time whatsoever :L

Lol.
.which have you seen radiant arrow? you do NOT have to aim that thing at all
Lol.
Someone explain to me the difference between:
An Archer charging his radiant arrow for 5 seconds to deal 120k crit damage to your back
and
A Slayer dealing the same amount of damage in 2 seconds with his combo from any angle.
...that's right! The differences are that the Slayer does the same damage but 3 seconds faster, from anywhere, and can barely be avoided!
Stop whining about Archers, kthxbai.

Hilarious thread.
Yes, let's complain about the one stun skill in the game that can be COMPLETELY EVADED. You can LITERALLY run around the trap and not get affected. Whereas nearly every other class in the entire game has instant stun skills, chain stun skills and such. I'm an Archer and I've been downed before during a single stunlock from a Warrior. I've been stomped to death by Slayers with their knockback and stuns without even being able to move away. Which class needs to get nerfed again?
Archers are STILL underpowered even with their damage output for the simple fact that every single skill they have can be avoided (except for arrow volley, which can't be avoided by priests and other archers) and the whole fact that they do NOT have an invuln frame.
Also, all the idiots yelling stuff about aim assist; there is no aim assist. There's a small time frame between me releasing the button and my charged skills landing, and people have been avoiding them during that time frame more than they should have. That's the EXACT OPPOSITE of aim assist. You'd think having your crossair on a target and releasing your skill you'd have a 100% chance of hitting, think again, Archers do not. This could be a latency issue but honestly it shouldn't even exist, given the range and spread of the melee classes in this game. I had hoped the "increase of hitboxes" fix in the big patch would've resolved this issue but it's far from that.
In conclusion, Archers are fine the way they are despite the obvious lack of invuln frames on their backsteps. The only classes that need to get nerfed are Lancers and Slayers, I can live with Warriors and their lucky stuns, they go down easily enough even with their cheap as [filtered] block skill.
