Yeah. I got past "Unable to retrieve Manifest" but now when it's time to update the game it finishes checking the download and then sits frozen at 0% saying "Download Stalled". Anyone else have this problem? Or better yet, know a fix?

I am getting this and content write failure aswell. The problems are far from fixed.

Yay, now we can make godly weapons the ezmode way, and still try to claim we have the same skill and perseverance as kTera players!

Cause RNG = skill and perseverance right?

Having played all MMO's in the past, I have come to realize that not many peope like to group up. Not all, but the majority like to solo. I have seen a ton of BAM videos and a lot of them are people soloing BAMs.

What's wrong with it? Well, I didn't find attacking a monster in the same manner for 15-25 minutes fun... BAM's seemed to be designed for a group to be killed faster, which would obviously reduce loot, but I am here for 80% fun and 20% loot.

Do you think there will be a ton of people grouping up for BAM's or will the majority remain soloing BAM's?

Maybe add some kind of incentive to group up to lure the soloers into groups.

Next time you have a concern keep it to yourself.

Now all they need to add now is outlaws have no protection in safezones.

If an outlaw is in safe zone trying to get rid of points, they're not going to be able to progress their character or be out and about causing havoc. It effectively removes them from the game (though not forcibly, it is their choice to stay in the safe zone)

I don't see why they would need to remove the safe zone protection from outlaws. Any outlaw that's hiding in town, after running rampant among the lowbies, because they don't want to die is going to get viciously mocked anyways. It is the PvP server after all

No outlaw would give a damn about being mocked.

They either need to be attackable in safezones or not allowed to enter them. They are Outlaws after all.

"We won't penalize you for being an outlaw (having Infamy Points), but the community may retaliate as it sees fit."

What exactly does that imply? Can I attack a red that is not within my level range without gaining infamy? Can I attack a red without using the 'outlaw" skill?

Either way we will be finding out Friday....

yes i am going to assume this works exactly like the OLD Lineage 2 pvp system..which was awesome

The also need to restrict use of towns while an outlaw like in Lineage 2.
Make it happen Knoxxer!

Two perfectly-played Slayers. One human, one castanic / aman / whatever. They will both whittle each other down to 30% health, at which point the human, under the assumption that they both do not kill each other in 1 more attack, will slowly gain advantage as the other Slayer's damage is mitigated.

Argue as much as you want. Humans are the theorycraft master race at PvP. Furthermore, anyone not rolling a human on a PvP server is a .

lol here we go. I completely agree though.

The consequence for PvPing should not be "go PvE for a while." That is absolutely unacceptable.

Participating in PvP... on a PvP server... is supposed to happen. The server is designed specifically as a place for those players who want to PvP to have an outlet to do just that. Why would performing such an act actually limit my ability to experience the game world? Your logic is a little backward, no? Your system does nothing -absolutely nothing- to promote PvP... on a PvP server. It actually discourages PvP on a server specifically designed for that purpose.

I don't think people realize that that's what they are suggesting when they post these ideas. You are limiting PvP on a PvP server. Would you also be in favor of limiting PvE on a PvE server? Perhaps, the only way to reset dungeon or raid instances is to kill x number of players?

I didn't think so.

-Travail.

It does promote pvp. Actual pvp.

What it does is eliminate gate hoping. You should not be able to flag and run back to safety if you are about to lose. Gaming the game.

Further more you should not be able to gank countless people and roam around town like a normal citizen. You are an outlaw. In fact it would limit pvp by allowing an Outlaw to hide in town.

Let me make it more easy to understand, dont need to be 10 lvls, just that high lvl players should not be able to killl low lvl players, DONE! GOOD TO GO!

No. This is an unreasonable penalty and completely immersion breaking.

This could create a situation where a high level that wanted to gather mats in a low level area would not be able to defend themselves from a lowbie/lowbie zerg.

There is no way that it will be 2 match limit per day with 300 wins needed per item. That means if you won half your games and played the max amount of pvp matches per day it would take you 300 days. Most people you would think it would at least take a year per piece of gear, no matter how much you played since they would limit your available games.

If you just happened to be a complete badass and win most of your games you would still only get 2 pieces of gear per year lol. What a joke.

Yea im going to have to call BS on the 2 per day limit. I could be wrong though.

We have never heard of a 2 per day limit until now and if it exsisted I am sure we would already know about it.
