Please, if you're going to give players who use LFD a reward for completing the dungeon, give the same reward to players who complete a dungeon with a pre-built party.

Can't you put your pre-made party in the queue for a dungeon (and instantly join it), thus getting the reward for completing it?

I haven't tried it, but it worked that way in WoW. It would make sense for it to work the same way here.

No you cannot. A full 5 man team cannot queue for dungeons.

I sincerely hope that they add this feature in though, as it would solve, well, a lot of complaints people are having.

+1 for adding this feature. I know being in a full group and using a "Looking For Group" feature doesn't really make sense, but players shouldn't feel like they HAVE to use the LFG feature instead of playing with guild members and friends.

Thank you so much! It the patch coming out on Tuesday?
The Windows 8 RTM build is coming in less than a month. RTM = Release to manufacturing.

Windows 8 is coming out very very soon. I'm sure that En Masse and Bluehole Studio are aware of this and that's why they have already told us that a Windows 8 build has went into testing.

W8 support is fixed now since the patch on Friday. Honestly this is the worst crap I have ever seen from a professional company but what can you do? You can't cancel your subscription, you just have to wait and keep trying after each patch.

I'm confused, first you say the problem is solved, then you complain about it being solved...

Also you can cancel your sub just fine, even if they won't let you do it one call to the bank solves the problem.

If you can't cancel your sub it's most likely because you got a 6 or 12 month package meaning you can cancel in 6 or 12 months. You get that lowered rate by agreeing to a subscription term. By agreeing to that term you are the one that screwed up no them. I pay 15 a month for the very reason I would like to reserve the right to quit/cancel whenever I want. I don't sign phone contracts for the same reason.

There do appear to be glaring customer service issues, I'm dealing with it first hand atm.
I would not say this is one of those issues though, them addressing it at all in the current climate of things is actually rather surprising to me.

I think you're mixing two different people up. =)
I'm a developer and that is the main reason I have completely switched to Windows 8. Windows 8 RTM is coming in about a month. Exactly how long are you people wanting them to wait to worry about this? haha

I'm just glad that they have told us that they are aware of the issue and that they're working on it.

They have no obligation to support Windows 8 at this moment, and they will have enough time to fix it before the release.

The audacity of some people...

Except you're wrong. They've already started to fix it:

I just saw an email about a new Win 8 build that went to testing. Not sure if its just for testing or release but its on our radar.
Brian Knox on his AMA said that a Windows 8 build went into testing already. So hopefully we will get the patch soon!
Windows 8 is Microsoft's next desktop OS. I haven't found any other games or software that don't work other than Tera. All of my Steam games, my Adobe software, WoW, D3, SC2 all work flawlessly.

We've been waiting for a couple of weeks now. Windows 8 Consumer/Developer Preview is released(mainly) so software development companies can make sure their software is ready when it is released. It can't be that hard to fix, it worked a few weeks ago...
