I love the elves in this game but I can't stand their hairstyles. I still play one regardless but I'd love to see more options available. Particularly a nice hime cut or at the very least something like the 12th Castanic female hairstyle.

That's why I put classy with quotes. It just isn't the same without the collar, the little bow tie and the cuffs. It's just a generic leotard without them and that's boring.
I have catsuits for three of my characters, and I love 'em... but i think your definition of elegant and classy is way, way different than mine.

It's not about the tail. I mean, I'd like having the tail too but It's mainly about the cuffs and the collar. They make the outfit look elegant and "classy". Without them it looks terrible and boring.

That's the point. I like the simplistic design. Minimalist designs appeal to some people. I wanted the bunny girl version for a new character that I wanted to make. Without the cuffs and collar though it's not even worth it.

If you believe their excuse then you're the one that's worth losing faith over. They know they have a dedicated niche fanbase that will buy whatever they give to them, regardless of the quality.
BHS consciously made a choice to not grant you and only you the bunny suit. They all had a meeting and got together and said "Do we want Melona's money?" and after an hour-long conference concluded that they actually do not want your money.
But seriously, I hope your question "who thought this was a good idea" is just as much of a joke as the rest of your post, or I'll have to lose even more faith in humanity.

This seems great. It's honestly making me want to re-subscribe. I probably will later on.
I'm not currently subscribed to the game but if they ever made BAMs easier, I would never come back. The problem with this game isn't the BAM or dungeon difficulty. It's the grind at level 60. I love soloing BAMs, that alone made the leveling part of this game stand out above every other MMO I've played. Even then, I still found most of the BAMs to be easy. If anything, I'd like them to introduce MORE BAMs to solo that are even more difficult than what we currently have.

If you hate "stressing out trying to keep everyone alive all the time" why did you choose a priest? That's your damn job in a party. Sounds like you need to pick a different class.
