And sorry, it's not like Wow is the epitome of convenience either, it just works in its own way and any "convenience" it has, was made out of posts just like this one.

So anyways, on a couple of points on topic:

I actually do like the sharing of the bank accounts in game. It keeps me from having to pay my hard game-earned money on sending stuff to an alt. It saves space because you can stack up all your gathered supplies in one bank. It works for me, so I like it, but that doesn't mean you have to - you have your own opinion.

Travel time does get aggravating sometimes - and that warp tunnel is aggravating to watch, if you don't have to go to the bathroom or get up for a cup of coffee, but its not the end of the world. I guess I can live with it. I do find myself taking pics a lot - even tho I've taken them over and over again, I still find myself doing it again anyways . . . =D

I, for one, would like to see a more definitive enchanting system, but it is kinda fun - watching with anticipation and holding your breath thinking "oh crap is it going to work?" It does keep you awake. Still I'd rather have to work towards getting the materials I need to do a particular enchant and knowing what I'm going to get, and being able to get it. That actually takes time too.

I kinda dislike BOP - I like being able to use something for another character if I want, instead of it being rendered useless by picking it up. Who out there actually enjoys picking some awesome epic item up, only to find it's something you can't use on that character, but also finding it's BOP so it becomes vendor trash? I'd rather have it for an alt - sometimes I create one just to go with it! ;-D

Also, I have to change what I said earlier - I checked again today and they did put my ending 30 days at May 31, so Thank You Enmasse.

However, Rose, please bombard them with phone calls if you've paid for the game and can't play it. If you were trying to use a buddy code, well, that's over as of 4/30. =(

Question: because I pre-ordered and was in the so-called (failing) headstart, my free 30 days ends on May 25? So my 30 days began the first day of the head start? That still doesn't even add up correctly - I'm still missing 2 days, and if the 30 days did begin on the first day of head start, then I do feel we should be compensated for that missed time by adding time to the end of the so-called 30 days . . .

Sounded more to me like they were concerned whether people just now purchasing will already get their skins, while those of us who already pre-purchased wouldn't get it until May 31 - which would be totally unjust if that were true. I believe he already understood what you explained, but you didn't answer his real question, because there isn't a definitive answer written to that, that I could find.

As for "playing for free . . .after withdrawing their payment", let me tell you, buying a game for $60 is NOT free. 30 days "free play" isn't really free when you pay that much for a game. Therefore, it's wrong to use that as an excuse. Besides, once you've agreed to a payment like that, I don't think you are gonna be able to withdraw it. Most likely you would have to try to get Enmasse to pay it back to you, because once you've authorized it, they will be able to draw it against your account or credit card. And even if all that did occur - you stopped payment or asked for money back, the fact is, you would no longer be playing and so you wouldn't get the bonuses much anyway.

Soooooo, there's really no valid reason for them not to give people the skins that they're promising as a "launch" item right away, instead of making them wait. It's not good marketing.

Not fussing at you or anything, just wanted to point this out.

Kron, call customer support. The servers are working - I've been on for about an hour myself. They seem to ve having a lot of issues like that, so give them a call and don't give up. The game is worth playing.

I'll go for it. Shut it down and fix the d@mn thing, but be sure and tell us if that's what you're going to do. Then give those that were supposed to be in the head start an extra 3 days tagged onto the end of their subscriptions. Of course the buddy codes should also be allowed to play 3 days into launch, so they can have a chance to want to buy the game.

People are angry, Enmasse. Better tread carefully if you want to keep players in.
