There is something else everyone is leaving out regarding smaller hitbox, is the smaller character in general.
It is 100 X's harder to see what an elin is doing when fighting against one. Is the elin blocking? Idk. Is the elin charging up? Idk. Half the time your own characters body is blocking the elin completely, making it prety difficult to see what they are doing.
Thats a pretty nice advantage imo.
Actually, the hitboxes ARE balanced.
Also, good players can aim. Aiming in tera isn't that hard. A good player will hit an Elin anyways, meaning that for PvP at the highest skill ceiling Elin are at a disadvantage.

For the pvp aspect, it's very hard to tell when an elin lancer is blocking if your fighting one, which makes it hard to know when to stop attacking and to move around. I play a human lancer myself and am thinking about making the switch.
For Server vs Server purposes you should look to guilds that actually perform well in mass GvG battles. There are a ton of guilds listed here that do very well in small-scale GvG, but get decimated in mass battle.
Are you fricking serious Hong? The ONE day I can't play you decide to have a mass GvG battle.

In all seriousness, I would consider The Tom Cruises as the #1 guild, with Panda Bench Pressers as #2. Number 3 would probably be Elin Trafficking Network.

Fairy Tail is easily top guild because they have the balls to fight against all odds. And they have tons of members everywhere.
