This is the problem I am running into.
I hit 50 and it seems everyone is busy with RP in town (and stuck under level 30 for it)
We can rp and still play the game you know...

I stuck to my game plan, I said to myself "When Tera is available, I'm going to make a warrior and lvl up" And you know what? I did he's lvl 37 ;x started three days ago, I made tons of friends at the start...but around the second day I just blew up in lvls leaving them all behind, Lately for the past day or so I've been questing alone (And boy is it a Bish lvling on this warrior but i'm having fun) I see NO one where i'm questing, but I go back to places like BoL area or SM area and I see tons haha...
I try to be chatty but for the most part I see other guilds running together,I ask if I can join they sometimes let me, usually for BAMS, other times they ignore me outright, which is cool too, I've had to solo most of my BAMS (They're getting harder every 5 levels >.<) and when I'm stuck on one, I ask for help, 1-2 hours pass and nothing, so I try and solo, and die....6 times, but it's fun anyways.
The only time I really get to talk to people is through the instances, If you've seen me in, My warriors name is Xaverus, I'm really chatty haha, I even sometimes chat through boss fights. ( Yes I do my job, I dodge well, not that hard to type and play. ) But anyways All I ask is if you see me running around, say hello =p It would be greatly appreciated because I sometimes feel like I'm the only person playing on Tera xD

Sorry, game got boring to me long before then, and with arguments such as yours I am losing faith in finding fun players to be around.

I rolled sorc on PvE server, nobody will duel me or deathmatch vs me now.
So I went to PvP server, still sorc, haven't lost a fight save for a level 40-60 ganking me at 25.

Perhaps you should have held off on making so many characters before you and friends decided which server to play on?
Also, it was one weekend, this head start max is 38, I am sure you can catch back up.

Lineage 2 style, you can be the all mighty noob slayer, then equal level comes along and oops you lost all your gear.
Who cares about crystals? Just make outlawed players have a percentage to drop a random piece of gear. Crystals are a dime a dozen and is meaningless to begin with. Now you're wanting to try and turn a meaningless misc item into even a more meaningless misc item. Impliment a random gear drop percentage and I'll guarantee you the ganking sh!t will come to a halt.
Lineage 2 style, you can be the all mighty noob slayer, then equal level comes along and oops you lost all your gear.
Aim at them, not above/below/off to side and try not to kiss them with your face, just with your weapon (should be said for all melee fights, stay 1 meter away and kill).
I would be more inclined to believe this if it wasn't such a strange video.
I've dueled a few warriors and watched a few duels, the warriors only complaint was trying to close the gap vs teleport/backstep/glacial jump.
I watched the video, and it is just a strange setting to test this with an outlaw guildie and non-outlaw.
I wonder if the fact he is a guild-mate negates starting combat (as the popori never went into combat it seems during the dashes) since it would be a mess trying to help an un-partied guild-mate who is being attacked in OWPvP if you could hit him as well with aoe.
EDIT: After reviewing this video fullscreen 1080p mode a good few times back to back I may have found the answer.
Your aim is horribly off. Every time you go for the attack you aim above the character. I learned to aim at the targets when they get close trying to fireball the little minion things on isle of dawn (terons?), you have to actually put your aiming reticule on the target you intend to hit (kind of like FPS games) which is harder to do the closer you are.
