Well, the 4th day of the sale is going to be the accessories, and the last day is upto a vote(It's on the EME facebook page for TERA).

As far as new weapon skins, costumes and such, no clue, but hopefully some more fun and awesome looking stuff.

They work exactly like the Munsell Dyes, except permanent.
So, you have to choose a base colour to start, but it really doesn't matter, the sliders allow you to make it whatever colour you want.

Overlay, you can freely put them on, take them off and switch between any you have, it's not like remodeling.

How the weapon skins work is, you buy them, and the single use means you can only claim it once per time purchased(Unlike, say the mounts which if you buy the multi-use, are account based and can be claimed any time you want on any of your characters, but is bound to the character is it claimed on), but they are not bound to the character until used and they are permanent until/unless you delete them.

I support this idea, it makes a lot of sense to be able to do, we can preview armour and weapons, why can't we preview cosmetic gear? The skins and everything are already in the game.

You can preview all the weapon skins and hats and masks, just not the body costumes, so yeah...

If you saw the old text for that specific loading screen, it said that Castanic costumes were extremely popular and that they were only made by the Castanic themselves, it alluded to them being crafted by the Castanic.

Also, there's another loading screen with a baby Castanic with Horns already growing out.
