Basicly ANY MMO there is a "box" price, and I am sure you are aware of this. I understand you are probably mad cause you can't login, hell I am too, but I would rather them take the time to fix the problems so I don't get problems when I'm actually playing the game.
Usually from past experience, if maintenance is extended for an abnormal amount of time, they usually give you a free day or two to make up for it, so they aren't jipping you out there.

I would love the feature to set my own timezone for my account, so when I am reading posts I can see what time they were posted in reference to my time zone, cause like for example its 8:30PM here, posts on the forums are like 3:30am, can be quiet confusing if your not with it, lol.
Quite annoying I must say, I want to play some Tera =(
