I have been following the forums for about 2 weeks or so. I am really interested but didn't have the money to commit. While I was on the forums I noticed this contest. The contest was to tell your best noob story in an mmo setting. I told a wonderful story about runescape. While I was updating Eve online I saw an email. Go figure I was saying I won. In saying so, hi I am nerdking and I would love to make some friends, be a positive force in the community. and stand firm against trolliing buffoons. I will see you all on a pvp server, good day.
I think this is exactly like star wars. It had to come to a point where the game had to be released to seem some return. We all knew that game was be lacking some features. There is a point where the had to start making money. What I am saying is if you want to see more content stay true and loyal to the game. They need the money to do so, its not like bluehole is Obama. They can't spew money whenever they want on the good printing press.

+9 weapon.... 42 golds later.

I bet its why IGN gave Tera a 6.5 score. Hell I would have done the same after a few fails in a row. Instead I wrote this.

:(

Oh man IGN gave a game a 6.5. That defiantly means the game is bad. COD gets 9.5s for all of their games so that must mean the game is good write. *sarcasm*
I think the issue that people have is that people compare an eastern game to western game which isn't going to have same design pattern. So what I'm saying is shouldn't you have expected this already? This is a korean game, do you think koreans care about a storyline? Does silk road have a cohearnt story line? It's just an outlet for hold farmers with bots. I personally know people that do that. Morale of the story have an eastern mind set with the game not a western. We have different gaming values than they do.
I find this amusing. I don't even have the game but I have been following the forums for five days or so. What everyone has to is, I am having the best time of my life or I hate it. It seems like the people that complain feel that have been mislead by some force. The thread talking about the controls or instance. He said he was going to quit because he got mislead, but in reality he wasn't intelligent enough to research the game at all. Now in my personal opinion that people that are complaining seem to fit in the same category. It seems that they have blocked out parts in the brain that allow to think. If you are a vet in the mmo genre, you know the dance. Game comes out people join, people leave. After a few months the game stabilizes with the people that want to stay. The people that leave act like the game is going to be perfect. There isn't any endgame, this doesn't work, I want this they say. Those are the people that quite. They have some notion this experience is going to be different.

Come one people how mmos have we all played? Probably most of them. So how is this any different? It's going to boil down to, either you lke the game or don't. Those that do stay are in it for the long hall and know what to expect. So if you feel like you got tricked or betrayed. Some content you thought was there that isn't or some mechanic that is gone that you think should be there. Most likely it's your fault for either not paying attention in the beta or not being smart enough to look in what you are buying.

3g as in the phone speed. I'm stuck using a tumbdrive modem. I thought 3g was a universal term.

I can play online fairly well with any game. Just small bursts of lag. That's what usually happens in Tor anyway.
3g or about 3mbps
