When I got the same error, I switched my default browser to IE since I have no script and a bunch of other restrictions in Firefox (which was my default browser before). I re-started the client and it worked. I had already set the "run as admin" switch.

Not sure if you changed any settings on your browser but if you did, you may want to mess with it and see if it helps you out.

The SWTOR solution of one button for HP/Mana regen post combat worked well too without having to lug around a crap ton of regen mats.

It is not your ISP, it is your modem as far as I can tell. You need to specify the port in your modem...call your modems tech support.

Not sure if you tried opening ports on your router, but that is what is required to solve this issue.

For example, I have a cisco router and I have enter my config page using a web browser and IP address for my device. Once inside you will be able to open specific ports.

If that doesnt solve it for you then you may need to call your modem manufacturer for support. I know it sucks but good luck.
