Maybe the solution is to create a separate forum specifically for blacklisting scammers. With a rating system for credibility using a player's char name as an e-signature.

well this seemed to be linked from an event page so are you sure this wasn't something that the Korean servers held as an event?

hmm... I just saw the new changes and I have to disagree with the way it was handled. I mean I understand that some of the veteran players want to be part of this event in acknowledgement of their long standing support of TERA. But at the same time I liked it the way it was for new accounts because it really would have given them some juicy incentives to really plow through those lvls.

Basically I think it should have been done with 2 separate events. One for the veterans and another for the new comers.

I just want let any future applicants to know that the Fatal Pulse guild is still very much alive and kicking but we have been moved to Mount Tyrannus due to last year's server merge.

Sorry about not providing updates I thought for sure that this thread had died and gone to forum heaven by now.
