Obviously Enmasse hasn't figured out the best way to pacify thier customers.... the gov'ts of the world have been doing it for years. They say they have to raise taxes by 10%, people freak out they eventually come around and say "oh we worked it out and now it's only 5%" and the people let out a sigh of relief that it's only 5% and not 10%.

so tell your customers, we have to perfom server maint, for 2 hours (instead of 1 hour) and if the servers come up before then, you LOOK GOOD. if it somehow takes 2 hours then everything is as expected...

problem solved.

oh and BTW you guys (Enmasse or whoever is running this damn thing) really need to use your NEWS PAGE that's in the LAUNCHER for passing along information like this.

It just makes sense. that's the first thing everyone sees when they load the game up, SO ALL THE RELEVENT NEWS RELATED TO THE GAME SHOULD BE THERE AND NOT HERE ONT HE FORUMS.

It's just common sense.

Having same problem. Server restart for them prob means it will be down for 3 hours..... after all 7 hours of maint turned into 13 hours of downtime.
