Outt's Post History

Well, I'm using their Modem, so it's not due to a seperate branded Router, and I would need their Modem for the internet anyway, I could always get a different Wireless Router but that'd be pointless currently, since it does both.
I want an EZmode server...

After an Hour of farming I can buy all the end-game gear, patterns, and sit with a finger in my [filtered].

Cuz there's already soooo much to do in Tera.

And yeah, it'll take a while for the pattern, because most people dunno what they have and merchant it, or stash it in bank. Others that do, keep it in the guild.
Alright, having some trouble with my internet connection at home and was hoping some could shed some light on it.

First, my computer(Desktop) decided to stop recognizing the Ethernet cable/port. Just disconnected and said it wasn't connected to the internet. So I went through a bunch of troubleshooting to see what was happening.

-Changed Ethernet Cable
-Changed Modem Port
-Restarted/Scans/etc
-Rolled back/Updated Drivers

So, I was thinking the NIC may be bad, however it seems to be an on-board NIC. Anyway, the wireless my modem was putting out was fine, so it couldn't have been the modem/wireless router(Wireless Modem actually.) Other Laptop in house, Ipod and Phone were all able to pick up the wireless.

I then went out and grabbed an Internet USB adapter as a temp fix, assuming I could pick up the wireless through that so I could atleast google search and mess with it with internet access.

My new issue now is that it rarely stays connect to the internet. It does recognize the Adapter, and sometimes it will stay for a short period of time, but mostly it just rarely will connect long enough to even load a facebook page. It sees the connection available, but won't connect due to some error I can't check cuz I'm at home.

So, 2 unrelated conicidental problems? or Do you believe they stem from the same source? And Ideas on where to go?

I've done some work in an IT Department at College for a while, so I've got a decent understanding of a computer in general, but Networking was never my strong suit, so appreciate any thoughts and advice that may help.

Also: A friend told me to ping 127.0.0.1(I think) for something to do with the NIC, which went through fine when hardwired, not really sure what he was having me do.
^

Eziel, I can't guarantee I'll be closing my eyes sir...
Took me weeks to grab a 360 weaponsmith from broker

But I've seen 280/320/360 Tailor ones here and there, just go to Broker, on Left do

Designs

On top, sort by level required, descending, and should be around page 20ish or so for that level. Just check daily, and eventually one will pop up :)

That's all I'll add.

To clarify my understanding, it was to ensure we had enough GMs running to cover the providence. NOT to say "Guild X will take Y Providence". GMs stated what continent they were running on and providence if they choose to. Some GMs changed continents and providences to help ensure a GM would be running a providence, instead of running against large numbers of GMs on one continent. This was an individual choice.

Kind Regards,
Eziel

Yeah, Riko messaged me and we spoke about it, to clarify some things, and this is how he portrayed it as well.
We weren't even invited/knew about that meeting that took place. You'd think that'd be something they'd factor in, y'know...the best chance at getting Helkan, prob the most popular district, and we weren't even taken into account lol

But yeah, we don't need to spam or buy votes, all we do is let everything we've done show what we're capable of. We love the server, but if the server turns it back, the guild is very capable of enjoying itself and still helping those around us to enjoy the game.

That is the ultimate goal, enjoy the game :) And it's why I push participation over any skills, gear, political views, favorite bands...etc. If you wanna piss and moan all the time, why place? lol

You over estimate how many people are actually in Se7en. We have a large active population, but because the list says we have 200+ doesn't mean we do. This guild you're talking about idk how many votes they even provided themselves, they were up against the 3 largest guilds on the server and all the votes they get form their allies. Then there were a large number of guilds that had a population that was just as active as Se7en. That doesn't even count the amount of non guilded people playing or random people that decided to vote for the other guilds. That guild you mention got 5% of the total vote on Arun. With the amount of people voting on a server ( a whole lot of people) do you believe if they had only gotten votes from themselves they would have made 5% of all those votes? Every character level 20 and above on Feral Valley could have voted, so 5% of how many total votes?

Not to hijack overdoes recruitment thread but I should point out a couple things here. ONly one vote per account, not every character above level 20 can vote.

Secondly 5% of Arun but still 3 in last of total votes on server where Seven was pretty high on the list overall, I believe they were in the top 5 on the server beating everyone on Arun besides one at the end of elections. So when breaking it down like that yes it is very hard to believe that the guild had your full support.

As far as Overdose goes, It is a very good guild, with awesome members. I have enjoyed Deathmatches with them and watching them grow on the server.

Also, you forget we're a big presence on the server. We get a lot of votes from random players we helped, other guilds that didn't run, and just random votes for a cool name(won't believe how many times I hear this actually)

The percentages are based on a per continent basis, not on overall. Even if it was overall, we got 3rd on 1 continent that ran. As he said, AoE, Tranq, and Kittens...3 of the top 5 biggest guilds at the time were all on that continent, as well as decent known guilds like Origin(I believe, been a couple terms)

200+ members, but an active Roster of maybe 50, 60. Before we did some house cleaning and changed it up, where we have much larger active population now, instead of just numbers. We didn't do well ourselves at the time, and you're not looking @ percentages are divided up per continent.

Anyway, I'm sorry Lefty to jack your thread. Don't mean to argue, we can just prove it in the upcoming election :)

Good Folks, Good Chats.

Had a great run with a Zerker of yours last night in BT, he stuck through while we got a Tank through to learn the fights, and he was very appreciative that we didn't auto-boot him as a Zerker(which I'd never do lol) so, I'm glad to see your guild reflects well through your players :)
