Yep, I'll subscribe.
The game is much more fun than a game where your chance to dodge an attack is based on random numbers and your stats... it's much more fun to physically dodge.
I thought I'd give it a try, and the game did a very good job convincing me to subscribe.

Lol'd at the topic title
Agreed.
I don't mind answering questions, but it gets old when I answer the same rant several times a day... such as the popular:
"OMGz! I heard OBT chars get wiped. Is this true?!!!111!"
... I can't remember how many times I answered that question.

I don't know if I'm late to this thread before you buy, but here are my thoughts:
You could save $100 and go with the i5 2500k instead of the i7. The i5 can overclock very easily to 4.2 GHz, and is more than enough to handle TERA. If you wish to overclock, I would suggest a CPU cooler to replace the smaller fan that comes with the processor... but this is not necessary.
The RAM that you chose is good.
I would suggest getting a MB that has SATA 3 capabilities, and then get a HDD that is SATA 3. Depending on your usage, 500GB should be enough for you.
The GTX 550 is a good card - if you want to future-proof your computer a little better, you could upgrade to the 580 (but not necessary for TERA).
Memory - get 8GB, but only if you are getting a 64-bit version of Windows. If you are going with 32-bit, your computer can only use 4GB of your memory. Make sure you pay attention to this! Also, get the faster RAM (1600) if possible.
PSU: Modular is usually cleaner and easier to install - you may want to consider.
Here are some links to a computer that I would feel comfortable building and using.
Case: Same as what you had
MB: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128502
PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341018
CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115072
CPU Cooler: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103099
VGA: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130625
Memory: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231314
HDD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822152181
The price that I see with this is around $820.
The original build that you posted looked to be around $790, so this is a close price comparison
