Usually I'm not the one to complain but I'm just now starting to get annoyed. I've counted every 15 v 15 match I've done in the past 4 days and it's a total of 35 matches.

My team won 3 of those 35. What's going on here? I get ranked top 3 in every other match, but we still lose. I'm missing out on soooooo much credits because of my W/L ratio.

Any tips/advice/reasons as to why this is happening?

The only thing I could think of was that I'm doing it solo queue and maybe the opponent team is made up of full premades as opposed to my pug team. Not sure if that's possible though.

You can accuse EME for the timing of shutting everyone down and "forcing" people to buy Elite if they want to play, but in the end, you're just mad that you can't play TERA. It's an awesome game, with an awesome staff team.

Berserker got some much-needed tweaks and now they're considered relatively on par with other damage dealers. Sorcerers are still on top, though.

The zerker buff along with the warrior tanking improvements and their ability to queue in IMS as a tank means zerkers do not often get kicked from IMS groups these days.


That's great to hear! I'm going to get looking around for some patch notes to see what exactly they did, so I can better my zerker. I think I noticed some glyphs were added, haven't gotten around to checking them though.

Awesome, thanks all of you for the quick responses. Hopefully the new item mall won't be pay to win, that'd lose me and a few friends I plan on bringing along with me.

Masterworking sounds like a boring, painful process. I left with a good 8k on my account, so I can farm a bit to afford a weapon and masterwork that first then +12 it so I can farm for the rest of my set much quicker.

Oh, does everyone still believe Zerkers are completely useless, and they're super unwanted in dungeons still? I hated that before. Is there any classes like that anymore, or is it balanced/people came to realization?
First off, I heard Tera is going to be completely free for everyone, awesome. Thank you EnMasse!

Since it is going to be free, I have decided to come back, and its been roughly 7 months since I last played. So you can imagine there's a lot of questions I have after spending 2 hours in game.

Just curious though, how does EnMasse plan on profiting if the game is going to be free? If it's Item Mall, will the items affect your in game stats, or just looks/decor?

Another thing, I noticed there's lots of masterworked gears now. When I played, there was a good couple handfuls of people that had just made their level 60 T12 item +9. So I plan on catching up with the crowd, any advice on how-to's or where to farm for T14? Oh, and say I grab a T14 enchantable weapon, make it +9, then find someone to Masterwork it, would it keep the +9? Is there a masterworking guide you can link me to?

I see there was a server merge possibly? I used to be in Dragonfall, but now instead of 9 servers there's 3. Is this the cause of my storage giving me an option to see a Temporary Bank? The Temp one has all my old items in it, and the normal bank has nothing. If I take something out of the Temp, I can't put it back in. What should I do?

There also wasn't a Nexus when I played, and I saw someone's armor saying something about the Nexus, it was really nice armor too. What's the Nexus?

If anyone has anything they'd like to tell me about that I missed, or that's new, or upcoming, or just wants to say hello, please do! :3

Celaeris that's some really nice info you got about the classes. o:

And like Meqo said, Ryvick may be onto something. I see it working out in a way that tanks take more dmg from normal mobs for the purpose of instances so it may create a balance however, tanks are vital during the boss fights so they take much less dmg from the bosses.

That makes me wonder about a Priest... How much would a Priest as opposed to the Lancer? They're both necessary when in the instances. Would the Priest 56% dmg reduction apply to bosses? Based on the zerker, no.

This seems like something a game developer would love to set for the sake of our enjoyment via difficulty. Difficulty for the lancer in normal mobs (sorta), and for the Priest/everyone else except lancers to the bosses.

Also, since Lancer/Warrior both take 100%, does this mean the Warrior takes less from bosses as well? Seems right that they would, seeing as they play the role of off-tanks in this game.
A friend and I have hit level 60. Throughout the game, we noticed even though the lancer had more def/hp, he was taking more damage from normal mobs.

The class I am comparing the lancer to is a berserker. Here's what I found out so far with both of us at level 60:

60 Lancer: 9,285+109 Def
60 Zerk: 8044 Def

Both have no crystals when being attacked. Same mob, same skill, same time:

60 Lancer: 1,753 Dmg Taken
60 Zerk: 1,186 Dmg Taken

Clearly, something isn't right if a "Tank" is taking more dmg with over 1,300 more defense. However, we went to a level 60 BAM with the same setup:

60 Lancer: 15,422 Dmg Taken
60 Zerk: 27,002 Dmg Taken



Does anyone have any information on this? Something doesn't seem right.
Odd bug... It feels like Dragonfall is the only one bugging and crashing. D:

Learn to read the forum, there are several other threads saying that the servers crashed. Now there are about 5.

Learn to read? How about you do a bit more research and realize this thread was developed last night before there were any other threads related to this issue.
