Yeah there are. The design trainer/vendor has allyou need except for 280, 320, 360 and the 410 attune. You will have to either find them on the broker or (at 60 presumably) farm AH/AHhm/AoS either solo or with some help to get a design you need. Now that they have increased the amount of lvling xp you get per craft you will ideally want to make 1 of the standard 250/60/70/80 etc recipe then attune that item with the attune reciepe. Doing that will save you a lot of hard to get archrunes.

if you are the leader yes. The "/kick name" should work. If not, then the next best thing would be to log out. To another toon maybe. I am unsure of the result of every circumstance.
But i do not know if you will get a debuff in the case of a non-hardmode dungeon. I know that you can kick the last person withtout penalty in a HM though.
Doesnt seem bugged. Afaik the game does not differenciate between being "dc'd" and simply logging off. So if you ever click "dispand party" or "leave party" after the queue pops and the las boss is not dead... you get the debuff.
What you should have just kicked the dc'd/ninja log person and get another. Everyone else who left the grp before you got the 15min debuff as well, I promise you.

Indeed I have noticed it. Its purpose? Not sure, the smaller, always 10% of the larger, hit seems to crit a lot more often then the larger hit so maybe its purpose is to make using forceful crystals more practical/useful.
